x2010 NPEIV Call for Proposals

You will need all of the following information in order to complete your proposal:

  • Full name, degree, address, email, telephone, affiliations, vita or bio (in .doc or .txt file) of ALL presenters
  • Biosketch for paper, symposium, and workshop presenters.
  • Educational Background,  Current Primary Affiliation & Position for all authors
  • 300-word description (in .doc or .txt file) 
  • Three (3) learning objectives for papers, symposia, and workshops.
